Family Law Solicitor (Hybrid) – £34k‑£48k

About the role

We are expanding our Family Law team and are looking for newly‑qualified (NQ) and associate solicitors to join a fast‑growing practice that consistently receives a 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating. The role is hybrid, with one day a week in the office and the remainder remote, allowing you to manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters across several UK locations.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied family law caseload from intake to resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and draft, audit, and file legal documents.
• Record accurate information in the case management system.
• Meet individual and team chargeable‑time and profit targets.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support as needed.
• For senior/lead roles, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to departmental strategy and marketing.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX‑qualified with experience in privately funded family law.
• Proven ability to meet chargeable and billing targets.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and resilience.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer‑service abilities.
