Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) – Wiltshire

About the role

We are seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our well‑established family law team in Wiltshire. You will manage a diverse caseload of family matters, providing empathetic and practical advice to clients navigating divorce, financial remedies, children issues, cohabitation disputes and domestic abuse cases.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a varied portfolio of family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients throughout complex personal circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with senior partners to achieve constructive, non‑confrontational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
• Contribute to the team’s reputation for high‑quality client care.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
• Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
