Family Solicitor (3-5 PQE) – Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join our well‑regarded family law team in Oxfordshire. The role offers genuine autonomy, strong organisational support and a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of privately funded family matters, including divorce, separation, financial remedies, cohabitation disputes, and pre‑/post‑nuptial agreements.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout private children law cases.
• Develop lasting client relationships and contribute to the collaborative success of the team.
• Maintain high standards of client service and technical excellence.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
• Strong technical knowledge across all family law matters.
• Compassionate, professional approach to client service.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
