Family Solicitor (3 PQE) – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Family Solicitor with three years post‑qualification experience to join our modern, paper‑free practice on a fully remote basis. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility to suit your preferred working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering divorce, financial remedy and private‑law children matters (excluding Legal Aid work).
• Provide high‑quality client care and maintain clear communication throughout each case.
• Work independently while receiving ongoing support from a team of specialist family lawyers.
• Utilise the firm’s remote‑working technology and case‑management tools to deliver efficient services.
• Adapt working hours as needed to accommodate client and team requirements.

Required profile

• At least three years of post‑qualification experience (3 PQE) in family law.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case‑management software and remote‑working technology.
