About the role
We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well‑established regional firm in Norfolk. The role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to lead a small department while supporting a trainee solicitor.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of family and children cases, primarily public work.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to a trainee solicitor.
- Handle administrative duties and ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Represent the firm on Family and Children panels.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (3+ PQE) in family law.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and progress within a legal practice.
- Experience with divorce and financial matters is desirable.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service and maintaining work‑life balance.
