Family Solicitor – Full‑Time Permanent Role in Cirencester

About the role

We are recruiting a Family Solicitor to join a client in Cirencester. The role requires a dedicated and compassionate family lawyer to manage a varied caseload and support clients through difficult personal transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload covering divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, separation, cohabitation and nuptial agreements.
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships from initial consultation to resolution.
• Provide clear, sound legal advice throughout each matter.
• Draft legal documents, applications and required forms.

Required profile

• Proven background handling high‑quality family law matters.
• Strong technical, legal and advisory skills across a range of family issues.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload with supervision available.
• Enthusiasm for family law work and compliance with Lexcel standards.

Required skills

• Section 8 applications knowledge.
• Lexcel standards compliance.
