Family Solicitor – Hybrid Working in Preston

About the role

We are looking for a Family Solicitor to join our award‑winning, people‑first law firm in Preston. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to manage a high‑quality, privately funded caseload while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of divorce, financial remedy and children matters, including work for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Run your own files autonomously while collaborating with colleagues.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of client service and case management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience as a Family Solicitor.
• Experience handling privately funded matters and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in building client relationships and generating new work.
• Leadership experience and familiarity with case‑management systems are desirable but not essential.
