Family Solicitor – Hybrid Working in Taunton

About the role

We are a specialist family law practice in Taunton seeking a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join our team. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours and the chance to manage a private‑funded caseload from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑quality, privately funded family law caseload covering divorce, financial settlements and children matters.
• Inherit an existing caseload with support and training available.
• Optionally supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in family law.
• Proven ability to run an independent caseload.
• Strong communication and client‑care skills.

Required skills

• Family law expertise (divorce, financial settlements, children matters).
