Family Solicitor – International Practice (6+ PQE)

About the role

Join a leading international family team in London, handling complex cross‑border divorce and financial remedy matters. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will manage a high‑value caseload while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver sophisticated divorce and financial remedy cases with an international element.
• Advise and build strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and referral sources.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Participate in business development, networking, and profile‑raising activities.
• Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the department.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in family law, particularly complex financial remedy and international divorce matters.
• Exceptional client management and commercial awareness.
• Proven track record of winning new work through business development.
• Confidence in supervising junior lawyers and ambition to grow the practice.
