About the role
Our client, a Legal 500 recognised firm, is seeking a Family Solicitor with at least three years of post‑qualification experience to join their highly regarded Family Team in South Essex. The role involves managing a private law caseload and delivering high‑quality client service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a private law caseload covering divorce/civil partnership dissolution, financial remedies and children matters.
- Provide comprehensive advice and representation to clients throughout family proceedings.
- Prepare, review and file legal documents, court submissions and financial orders.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum three years post‑qualification experience in family law.
- Proven ability to independently manage a private law caseload.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a client‑focused approach.
