About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in Slough, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing family law team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of divorce, financial remedy and child‑arrangement matters while providing clear, empathetic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial settlements and child arrangements.
• Draft and review legal documents such. e.g. consent orders and pre‑nuptial agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, where required, in court proceedings.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in family law.
• Strong knowledge of matrimonial and child law.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in case management systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
