Family Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

About the role
We are seeking compassionate Family Support Workers to join our agency in Surrey. The role offers flexible, self‑selected shifts and involves supporting children and young people across a variety of settings.
Key responsibilities
- Support children and young people in residential homes, unregulated placements and during contact supervision sessions.
- Escort and transport children safely to appointments, education, family contact and other locations.
- Provide consistent, positive support that promotes safety, wellbeing and development, especially for those who have experienced trauma.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Understanding of trauma‑informed practice and emotional/behavioural needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
