Farsi Speaking Research Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Farsi speaker to join our consultancy team as a Research Consultant. The role involves conducting both scripted and unscripted telephone interviews with senior business leaders across the region, gathering qualitative insights for market research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews in Farsi with executives and stakeholders.
• Translate complex research objectives into clear, engaging conversation.
• Collect, record and organise qualitative data according to project timelines.
• Analyse interview findings and prepare concise summaries for the consulting team.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Native‑standard fluency in Farsi and fluent English.
• Degree‑level education.
• Proven experience in telephone interviewing or cold‑calling, preferably within a consultancy or market‑research environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Confident communication with senior executives.
