Fashion Production Administrator

About the role

The Fashion Production Administrator will support a leading wholesale and clothing manufacturing company in London. Working Monday to Friday, you will be the central hub between the company’s factory in India and its UK customers, ensuring smooth production and timely delivery of fashion items.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the critical path for multiple customers to guarantee on‑time production and delivery.
• Daily liaison with the company’s factory in India to monitor progress, resolve production issues and keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate regular meetings with customers to discuss critical‑path status, address concerns and provide updates.
• Oversee the dispatch and logistics of samples from India to the UK, ensuring accurate and timely movements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both the factory and customers, handling queries and facilitating clear communication.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and ability to work onsite in Marylebone, London.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in fashion production, merchandising or supply‑chain coordination.
