Fast Fit Centre Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead a high‑performing workshop in Canterbury, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring operational excellence and driving profitable growth within a reputable automotive network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the workshop team to achieve high‑quality service standards.
• Maximise workshop productivity and meet profit targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage stock security, workflow efficiency and adherence to company procedures.
• Identify sales opportunities and implement effective strategies to grow revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive management, preferably in a fast‑fit or auto‑centre environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to meet financial targets and drive sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Availability to work 48 hours per week, including Saturdays.
