Fee‑Sharing Solicitor / Consultant (Immigration & Litigation)

About the role

Kulachi Solicitors is seeking qualified solicitors, consultant solicitors, or experienced paralegals to join our team on a fee‑sharing basis. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the firm’s infrastructure and support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle immigration matters including visa applications, appeals, asylum, human rights and nationality cases.
• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters such as county court claims, fast‑track and multi‑track litigation, and enforcement proceedings.
• Conduct residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Provide family law services covering divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements and domestic abuse matters.
• Develop and maintain a client base, ensuring high standards of client care and compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, consultant solicitor or experienced paralegal with relevant practice experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Existing client following or proven ability to build a client base.
• Commitment to professional standards and client confidentiality.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
