Female Support Worker

About the role

Join Avenues Group as a Female Support Worker in Gillingham, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities. You will help them live independent, fulfilling lives while working within a friendly, community‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Support five residents with complex health and learning needs in a supported‑living setting.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping and money management.
• Facilitate community participation, hobbies and social activities.
• Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, kindness and compassion.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential for mini‑bus duties).
