About the role
Join Nespresso’s boutique at Selfridges on Oxford Street for the festive season as a Retail Sales Assistant. You’ll represent the brand, engage customers, and help them discover their perfect coffee during a busy three‑month period.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the boutique is stocked, clean and visually appealing, upholding the Nespresso image.
- Greet customers with a warm smile, actively engage them, and guide product selection.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage store operations, customer flow and stock replenishment.
- Review daily sales and feedback, set personal goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required profile
- Curiosity to learn and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Enthusiasm for coffee and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic approach.
