Field Based Property Loss Adjuster – London & South East

About the role

As a Field Based Property Loss Adjuster you will manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial claims across London and the South East, delivering real impact for customers. Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed activity levels and continuously reduce work‑in‑progress throughout the year.
• Process invoices and approve estimates within five working days of receipt.
• Issue interim fees, complete site notes and maintain accurate data in the Cq system.
• Identify possible fraud, refer recoveries and ensure correct policy interpretation.
• Prepare, check and approve client reports in line with SLA requirements.
• Maintain audit‑ready files, update customers proactively and handle out‑of‑hours calls on a rota.

Required profile

• High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.
• Professional qualifications at diploma level (or working towards them).
• Strong analytical approach with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to organise and manage own workload in a fast‑paced environment.
