Field Care Supervisor – Team Leader (Greater Manchester)

About the role

IBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead a team of support workers across Greater Manchester, Stockport, Oldham and Denton. You will provide hands‑on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs while ensuring care meets CQC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to service users in supported living settings.
• Lead by example, maintaining high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Travel between sites to support staff and oversee daily operations.
• Manage staff rotas, supervise team members and conduct compliance checks.
• Foster community involvement through engaging activities.

Required profile

• Proven Team Leader experience in adult social care.
• Strong motivation, empathy and ability to inspire a team.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to make independent decisions.
• Organised with attention to detail, especially in supervision and compliance.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for travel between sites.
