Field Engineer – Pumps – OTE £60k+ with Door-to-Door Pay

About the role

This is a field‑based Pump Engineer position with a growing engineering business in South East England. The role offers a strong earnings potential with OTE £60k+ and door‑to‑door pay, providing varied technical work and long‑term career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair and installation of pump systems.
• Mechanical and electrical fault finding on commercial, industrial and infrastructure sites.
• Support installation and commissioning activities.
• Participate in a 1‑in‑4 call‑out rota.

Required profile

• Background as a Service Engineer, Pump Engineer or similar.
• Qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally Level 3.
• Strong mechanical skills with some electrical experience or fault‑finding ability.
• Experience working in site‑based environments such as utilities, facilities management, construction or industrial settings.
• At least one relevant certification (CSCS, SSSTS, EUSR, Confined Space) combined with appropriate experience.
