Field Sales Brand Executive – FMCG (Edinburgh)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Brand Executive to represent a leading FMCG brand in Edinburgh and the surrounding region. This hands‑on, field‑based position involves building retailer relationships, supporting product launches, and driving sales growth across vape shops, wholesalers and regional chains.

Key responsibilities

• Visit vape shops, wholesalers and regional chain stores to promote the brand.
• Deliver in‑store activations, product demos and launch events.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, educating retailers on product features, flavour profiles, compliance and key selling points.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual merchandising across all accounts.
• Provide point‑of‑sale materials, merchandising support and staff training.
• Gather retailer and consumer feedback and report insights.
• Attend trade shows, expos and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence to work independently in a field‑based environment.
• Organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).

• £28,000 base salary plus a £5,000 car allowance.
