Field Sales Consultant – B2B Telecom/IT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Consultant to join a leading technology business that delivers telecom and IT solutions to corporate clients. Based in Crawley, you will work full‑time on‑site, building and expanding relationships with businesses across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing B2B customer relationships to retain, upgrade and upsell telecom and unified‑communication products.
• Collaborate with the desk‑based sales team to secure appointments and support the sales pipeline.
• Present and articulate a wide portfolio of telecom and IT solutions to clients of varying sizes and sectors.
• Manage a mix of account management, win‑back and new‑business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed agreed targets and key performance indicators.
• Represent the brand professionally, maintaining the high standards expected by the market.

Required profile

• Proven B2B field sales experience within the telecom or IT industry.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships and drive product upgrades.
• Excellent communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting and KPI management.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and committed to long‑term career growth.

• Base salary £35,000‑£47,000 per year.
• Uncapped OTE, typical earnings around £80,000+.
