Field Sales Executive – Door-to-Door Fundraiser

About the role

Join Charity Link as a Field Sales Executive, delivering door‑to‑door fundraising for some of the UK’s most respected charities. You will engage the public, explain charitable programmes and secure regular donations or sponsorships.

Key responsibilities

• Approach households and individuals in assigned territories.
• Communicate the mission and impact of partner charities.
• Obtain signed commitments for regular giving or sponsorship.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations.
• Meet or exceed personal and team fundraising targets.

Required profile

• Confident, optimistic and resilient communicator.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Basic numeracy for handling donation amounts.
