Field Sales Executive – Fundraising (Dogs Trust Campaign)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join Charity Link’s Dogs Trust campaign. You will work on‑the‑ground, meeting members of the public to raise regular donations for one of the UK’s most beloved animal charities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Dogs Trust in local communities, approaching households door‑to‑door.
• Communicate the charity’s mission and secure monthly direct‑debit donations or lottery sign‑ups.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
• Record interactions and donations accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow all health, safety and fundraising compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Confident and enthusiastic when speaking to new people.
• Proven experience in door‑to‑door, field or direct sales, preferably in a fundraising environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Resilient, able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom.

• Guaranteed basic salary of £26,400 per year.
• Uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000+.
