Field Sales Executive (Oxford)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to own the Oxford territory, generate new business and deliver card payment and EPOS solutions to local merchants. You will work independently, balancing face-to-face meetings with administrative tasks to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach local businesses across Oxford.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Present tailored card payment and EPOS solutions and promote value‑add services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and record activity in the CRM system.
• Allocate roughly 70 % of time to field work and 30 % to admin and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Based in Oxford and holds a full UK driving licence.
• Confident in face‑to‑face sales and door‑knocking.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly organised.
• Able to manage own sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Knowledge of EPOS and card payment solutions.
