Field Sales Representative – South West London & Surrey

About the role

Flatpay is a fast‑growing European fintech helping businesses simplify card payments. Having recently launched in the UK, the company is building an ambitious sales team to drive growth in South West London and Surrey. As a Field Sales Representative you will meet local merchants, understand their payment needs and convert opportunities into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep them up to date.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering excellent customer service and sharing feedback with internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to work towards ambitious goals.
• Organised and confident managing your own territory.
• Customer‑focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £60,000–£70,000 OTE.
