Field Service Engineer – Packaging Machinery (South of England)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer with an electrical bias to support our packaging machinery customers across the South of England. You will work on‑site, ensuring equipment reliability through both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, repairs and routine servicing.
- Install new packaging equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot faults and perform fault finding on complex machinery.
- Communicate shift changeover information effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on service activities.
Required profile
- Technical background with experience in packaging machinery.
- Electrical maintenance experience.
- Time‑served engineer status.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
