Finance Administrator – Fixed-term (6 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join a busy finance team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a high‑volume environment, enjoys meticulous cash handling and reconciliation work, and wants to develop solid finance administration experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support branch offices with cash handling and cashing procedures.
• Assist with cash allocation and bank‑related transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records within the company’s finance system.
• Respond to queries and provide administrative support to the wider finance team.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in finance, accounts administration, cash handling, banking or reconciliation (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable managing repetitive, high‑volume workloads.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.
