Finance Administrator – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

This is a part‑time, permanent Finance Administrator position supporting the finance and business support teams in a busy office environment. The role is fully office‑based, offering 20 hours per week with Fridays required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for finance and business support teams.
• Process invoices and payments on the purchase and sales ledger and record transactions.
• Carry out low‑volume credit control administration.
• Reconcile client, bank and credit‑card accounts.
• Maintain filing systems and update details on the finance system using Sage and Excel.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a finance administration role with a strong administrative focus.
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage preferred).
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping and data entry.
• Strong communication skills for handling queries professionally.
