Finance Analyst – Business Partnering & Budgeting

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team in Woking. The role will partner with operational functions, providing financial insight and supporting the delivery of budgets and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver monthly P&L analysis and commentary in line with the month‑end timetable.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, gathering inputs and validating assumptions with stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports, driving improvements and automation.
- Provide variance analysis and financial modelling to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with functional partners to identify remedial actions and optimise financial performance.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑financial audiences.
- Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
