Finance Analyst – Hybrid (Birchwood)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, innovative business at its modern Birchwood headquarters. As a Finance Analyst you will support both Operations and Sales teams, helping to keep revenue, forecasting and cash‑flow models accurate and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain revenue and pipeline trackers.
• Manage revenue and gross profit reporting by merchant.
• Reconcile acquirer revenue statements and resolve queries.
• Update operational and sales revenue forecasts with actuals.
• Maintain EBITDA, P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow models.
• Monitor weekly volumes, overhead costs and forecast accuracy.
• Build new analytical reports for Operations and Sales.
• Support debt‑collection and GoCardless processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc reporting and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Curious mindset, comfortable asking questions and challenging processes.
• Team‑player who can adapt and collaborate across functions.
• Methodical, analytical and growth‑oriented.
