Finance Assistant – Support Transactions & Analysis

About the role

This Finance Assistant position supports both transactional and analytical activities within a growing finance function. You will work in a collaborative environment that is focused on continuous improvement and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reconciliations, financial reports and analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain finance procedures and documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to improve processes and aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Previous experience in finance, accounting or financial administration.
• Strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience preparing reconciliations and financial reports.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organisation.
