Finance Business Partner - Facilities and Projects

About the role

This role offers the chance to join a leading infrastructure and facilities management organisation, supporting a portfolio of healthcare facilities management projects. You will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders in a highly compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts in line with internal policies and IFRS standards.
• Support project teams with financial analysis, performance reviews, and variance reporting.
• Monitor contract KPIs, profitability, cash flow and cost performance to drive improved outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate the quarterly forecasting cycle, providing key financial insights.
• Prepare reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in management and financial accounting.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence and support business performance.
• Proven experience improving processes and financial systems.
• Previous experience within PFI projects and a strong understanding of PFI contractual frameworks.
