Finance Business Partner – Facilities Management

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing Facilities Management business in Reigate. In this hybrid, permanent position you will work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight that drives performance and commercial improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review monthly management accounts across a portfolio of contracts.
• Deliver meaningful financial reporting and commercial insight to operational stakeholders.
• Own key balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Partner with operational teams to analyse monthly performance and explain results.
• Support client invoicing, contract reporting, budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, controls and month‑end efficiency.
• Prepare financial packs for stakeholder review and commercial decision‑making.
• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner.
• Experience in management accounts, commercial finance or a contract‑led, multi‑site environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel – comfortable working with large data sets.
