About the role
We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic technology organisation in the Thames Valley. The role acts as the key link between Finance and Operations, helping commercial leaders understand performance and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leaders to analyse business unit performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Own FP&A activities, delivering insightful analysis, group performance reporting, developing KPIs and business intelligence, and leading the budgeting and forecasting cycle with data‑driven planning.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven financial business partnering experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
- Interest or experience in applying AI to business planning or analysis is a distinct advantage.
