Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a luxury brand’s Global Finance Team. The role offers significant growth potential within the global team and across the parent company’s portfolio of brands. You will work closely with stakeholders in London and Paris, providing financial insight and driving data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regular forecast cycles, support scenario planning and improve forecast accuracy through stakeholder engagement.
• Explain financial concepts to non‑financial teams such as Marketing, Digital, HR and Retail Education.
• Build cost‑tracking tools, monitor spend versus budget, flag variances and deliver actionable insights.
• Own actuals and forecasts for the UK entity and related Business Units, collaborating with accounting and other teams.
• Lead year‑end and forecast cycles for all Global Functions, including Marketing, IT, Web, Brand and Education.
• Produce detailed monthly reporting, dashboards and variance analysis.
• Partner in budget creation, long‑range planning and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong FP&A or financial controlling background; interest in luxury consumer goods is a plus.
• Excellent forecasting, budgeting and modelling abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to teach, challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
