Finance Business Partner - Joint Ventures and Subsidiaries

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Watford. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, statutory accounts, budgeting and financial management for our subsidiary and joint‑venture entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for subsidiaries and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Produce monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and capital expenditure analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against plans.
• Maintain fixed‑asset registers and perform detailed balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Present financial results to Boards with clear commentary.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure robust financial governance.
• Collaborate with the Finance Reporting Manager and Director of Finance on strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Analytical, organised and committed to delivering accurate financial information.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and statutory compliance.
