Finance Director – International B2B Consultancy

About the role

This is a career‑defining opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to join a fast‑growing international B2B consultancy and digital services business. You will sit at the heart of commercial decision‑making, partnering with sales, marketing and the board to drive profitability, performance and international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function across multiple locations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting and profitability analysis.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing strategy, customer acquisition and performance monitoring.
• Present financial insight directly to the Board and senior leadership.
• Drive acquisitions, due diligence and post‑deal integration.
• Improve systems, processes and financial controls.
• Oversee audit, compliance and statutory reporting.
• Strengthen cash‑flow, credit control and working capital.
• Support payroll and commission processes across the group.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader.
• Strong commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of building high‑performing finance teams in fast‑growth environments.
