Finance Executive

About the role

Mother Root is seeking a Finance Executive to own the operational and administrative backbone of its finance function. This full‑time position reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with the Head of Finance and an outsourced finance partner during a handover period. The role enables senior finance leaders to focus on strategy, forecasting and scaling the function for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations and administrative tasks.
• Support the Finance Manager by preparing reports, reconciliations and routine financial processes.
• Coordinate with the Head of Finance and external finance partner to ensure smooth handover and continuity.
• Assist senior finance staff by freeing their time for strategic initiatives and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proactive finance professional comfortable handling operational and administrative duties.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal finance teams and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of finance processes.
