Finance Graduate – Financial Planning Administrator

About the role
This is a junior Finance Graduate position supporting a wealth‑planning practice near Maidstone. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, receiving full training and support for professional exams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare letters of authority, valuations and client documentation for reviews and meetings.
- Speak with customers on the phone to schedule reviews and gather required information.
- Collect data from product providers, process new business applications and ensure accurate submission.
- Maintain fee schedules, agreements and client records, keeping them up‑to‑date and properly filed.
- Assist the Managing Director with day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the client portfolio.
Required profile
- Must have a valid car for commuting to the office.
- 6‑12 months of relevant experience or a strong interest in financial administration.
- Willingness to study for professional exams, with support from the directors.
- Enthusiastic about a supportive, wellbeing‑focused team environment.
