Finance Manager - Development and Sales (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with our Development & Sales teams. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide strategic financial support across a large‑scale development and sales portfolio, helping senior stakeholders make better commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small finance team and ensure high‑quality budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Oversee investment appraisals, statutory reporting and business partnering activities.
• Drive performance improvement and strengthen financial controls across the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CFA).
• Post‑qualified finance experience, preferably in property development, construction or a related sector.
• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
