Finance Manager – Group Consolidation & M&A

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the monthly and annual group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the business. You will also provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to support key decisions, and support M&A activities alongside senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end group consolidation and reporting cycle.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, variance and performance reports.
• Support acquisition and integration projects, providing financial due‑diligence and modelling.
• Collaborate with senior finance leaders and business units to drive strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Proven experience in a sizeable organisation, preferably within hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, with a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
