Finance Manager – Healthcare Technology

About the role

Reed Finance is partnering with a fast‑growing healthcare technology company in Salisbury to hire an ambitious Finance Manager. This newly qualified accountant will play a pivotal role in shaping the business’s financial strategy, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, financial controls and performance tracking.
• Produce high‑quality board papers and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Strengthen finance systems, processes and reporting structures.
• Translate financial data into clear commercial actions.
• Support governance, compliance and business planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and scalability.
• Assist with strategic projects and future investment decisions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification – newly qualified.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in financial management.
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence business decisions.
