Finance Manager – Hybrid (Kent, UK)

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rent Accounting and Banking functions for a growing organisation in Kent. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.
- Drive process improvement and strengthen financial controls.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and reconciliations.
- Manage VAT, reporting, key performance indicators and audit support.
- Build strong relationships across the business.
Required profile
- CCAB qualification.
- Proven experience managing transactional finance teams.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR and reconciliation processes.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
