Finance Manager – Manufacturing (Birmingham)

About the role
This permanent Finance Manager position is based in Birmingham and supports a specialist manufacturing business with a growing finance team. You will be involved in a varied workload, receive leadership training and have clear progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage budgets, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
- Oversee credit control, receivables and cash‑flow management.
- Support strategic financial decision‑making across the business.
Required profile
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
- Proficiency with Sage 50 accounting software.
- Ability to commute to Birmingham, West Midlands.
