About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a leading finance recruitment specialist as Recruitment Consultants. The position is open to both trainees and experienced candidates and offers a fast‑track path into a high‑earning, client‑facing career.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for finance roles.
• Create compelling job adverts and head‑hunt niche talent.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client hiring managers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.

Required profile

• Any educational or work background – motivation and work ethic are essential.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and eager to build a career in recruitment.
• Coachable with a growth mindset.
• Competitive spirit; high‑level sporting achievements are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
