We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join an independent financial planning firm located near Maidstone. The position offers a clear progression route to a Junior Paraplanner role, with mentorship and study support to help you achieve professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Client administration and case management
• Preparing financial planning documentation and suitability reports
• Supporting advisers with research and technical queries
• Database management and compliance administration
• Gradually taking on paraplanning projects under supervision
• Contributing to client meetings and planning sessions

Required profile

• Experience as a Financial Administrator within financial wealth services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially for compliance matters
• Genuine interest in financial planning and client service
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ambition to progress toward professional qualifications
• Ability to thrive in a small team environment
