Financial Administrator – SJP Wealth Management (Harrow)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator with a strong background in St. James’s Place (SJP) to join an established Independent Financial Advisory team in Harrow. The role supports a Senior Financial Planner, manages client data, and ensures compliance with FCA guidelines while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle advisor‑client related administration and end‑to‑end new business processing.
• Prepare ongoing client servicing and review documentation.
• Process disinvestments and maintain accurate CFR updates.
• Liaise with third‑party providers and manage relationships.
• Process and track Letters of Authority (LOA).
• Assist with research and case preparation for financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Consumer Duty and FCA regulations.
• Support client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Manage high‑volume activity across a broad client base ranging from £2k to multi‑million portfolios.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience working within a St. James’s Place environment.
• Strong background in financial administration and paraplanning.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with clients and external providers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
