About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Adviser with a transferable book of clients to join a nationally recognised IFA firm. The role offers a blend of independence, strong back‑office support and a steady flow of qualified leads to help you grow your business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships while actively developing new business.
• Leverage the firm’s lead generation system and strategic partnerships for client referrals.
• Collaborate with central teams for marketing, compliance and paraplanning support.
• Balance client servicing with business development to build long‑term capital value.

Required profile

• Proven, portable client relationships after covenant.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of prospecting and converting opportunities.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum); CAS status preferred.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary range £60,000‑£90,000 with uncapped earnings up to £140,000.
